Before we went trick or treating the boys helped Michael wash the car. They love helping wash the car. Beckett found a pen in the car and tried to leave a permanent memory of his presence all over the car. Luckily, with a little help from clorox and leather cleaner, remnants of his destruction are gone.
Caden went as a firefighter (thanks to Grandma McLary) and Beckett went as a kitty. I made my first home made costume (the kitty) this year! No small feat for me as I don't consider myself to be the least bit creative. We went to the Woodlawns (near the Singapore American School) where it was a huge party atmosphere with kids running all over trick or treating throughout the neighborhood. We managed to get in about 20 minutes before it started pouring rain. Afterwards we went to a friends for dinner and the boys had a blast playing with their cat. Too bad that Michael is allergic to cats.
