After our stay on the East coast we traveled to the Midwest to spend some time with my family in Iowa. Rachael and Ben were able to spend several days with us. We all enjoyed the time together relaxing and hanging out.

The snow followed us to Iowa too! It made it difficult to drive to Chicago for New Year's but we were able to make it. Michael is starting his MBA in June so we toured the University of Chicago Booth campus downtown. It is a beautiful campus and he is looking forward to this opportunity. I enjoyed taking him to some of my old favorite spots in Chicago too. It is a beautiful city and especially at the holidays. We spent New Year's Eve with Alicia and Jim in Lincoln Park and had a great time! I can't believe it's already 2010!!!

I didn't get Christmas cards sent this year, so I would like to wish everyone a belated Merry Christmas and prosperous new year!
