We celebrated Valentine's Day and Chinese New Year all in the same weekend. Michael had a nice long vacation from work. We cooked dinner in to celebrate with the kids. I had just finished my final cake for my 3rd cake class. I made a fondant stacked cake. It was my first, so it could use some improvements, but I did very much enjoy learning how to decorate a cake in this fashion. Everyone liked it, so that was the most important thing!
On Tuesday night we met some friends, Raj and Rohini, with the kids for a picnic at the East Coast in Singapore. The kids had a blast riding their bikes! The adults just relaxed and enjoyed the conversation. Perfect evening.
