The boys got two Easter Egg hunts in this year. I am always reminded that it was Easter in Atlanta over 3 years ago that we found out we were moving to Singapore.
Caring for Cambodia, a charity that we support, sponsored their annual egg-a-thon. We attended and the boys ran around playing games and collecting eggs. The real highlight was we purchased raffle tickets which they put into the boxes and our ticket was drawn for the game basket! I was so excited as this was the first time that I had won a raffle! The basket had games for everyone...Singapore edition of Monopoly, Taboo (which we broke in that evening at a dinner party with friends), Junior Scrabble and silly putty to name just a few of them...so we all enjoyed the basket. I then won the basket with all of the chewing gum at the silent auction! It is impossible to buy gum in Singapore so this was truly a treat. We enjoyed home-made goodies and chatting with friends all afternoon.
Michael was in Bangkok for a business trip so the boys and I flew to meet him for the weekend over Easter. The boys really enjoyed the trip as it included a trip to Sea World, a Krispy Kreme doughnut, an Easter Egg hunt and Ben Ten action figures in their baskets. Michael and I had a great weekend with the boys!
