The day after Caden finished PreK at SAS we boarded a flight for the US. Our first stop was NY. We were able to see Michael's brother's family and my sister made the trip up to do some sightseeing and shopping in NYC. I am so proud to be an American and call the United States my home. Aunt Racheal met us for a ferry tour around Manhattan to get an up close look at Lady Liberty. Caden and Beckett were still fighting jet lag so I was feeding them very sugary chocolate cupcakes and letting them play with their Nintendo DS to distract them and keep them awake. We really enjoyed the tour and learned a lot about the history of NYC.
