Caden is "In the News" again mid April and his presentation is on coloring eggs for Easter. So we made an afternoon of coloring Easter eggs and making birds nest cookies. We learned that the acid in vinegar helps the dye penetrate the egg shell. Both Caden and Beckett enjoyed the decorating process this year. There were a few cracked eggs and some argument over who got some of the extra letters in kit from Williams Sonoma...but nothing I couldn't handle:)
